Hey, you can't like em all I actually thought this book had too much sex I like Brynn Paulin's books because there is a lot of depth and history between the characters that you get to explore, as well as peep into their bedroom.

I felt like the story line in this book was getting drowned out by the sex scenes. Enter the name of the series to add the book to it.

If the series has an order, add a number or other descriptor in parenthesis after the series title eg. By default, it sorts by the number, or alphabetically if there is no number. If you want to force a particular order, use the character to divide the number and the descriptor. So, " 0 prequel " sorts by 0 under the label "prequel.

Take one Pedriatrician, take one psychologically scarred woman Quite a lot of psychology and healing is included in the story through Dick and Jane's relationship trials. Bryn Paulin is an experienced writer and this is another of her good stories. My only criticism is far too many of her se I liked this story a lot. My only criticism is far too many of her sentences start with the conjunctives And or But, many of which could and should be avoided.. This withstanding I have given this story four stars. Hilarious title aside - and, let's face it, it is quite lulzy - this really is a pretty good story.

Considering the length of it and my ever lasting "no space for development" issues , it has a lot of emotions packed up in a small space. It's not just hot sex-some more sex-happy ever after kind, and thus it feels more Not that there's anything wrong with the sex part. But, there's something a little extra to it. Not quite a four star thing, but still View all 5 comments.

Series: Taboo Wishes

Somewhere between 2 and 2. The heroine really pissed me off. At first, it was a nice sort of reunited love story. Dick and Jane dated for three months, but Jane felt like Dick couldn't give her what she needed she likes rough sex , so on the night he asks her to move in, she breaks up with him. He meets Jane by accident and mistakenly thinks he needs to hide his true nature from her. He realizes his mistake and sort of creates a ruse to get her back to his house to show Jane what he's really like.

That's all fine and dandy.

Here's where I get pissed off. He takes her to meet his family -- meet his family -- and his brother says something about him being hurt several months previous and mentioned something about revenge. She decides this whole thing has been about him getting back at her for leaving him and he's going to humiliate her. Who the fuck goes through ALL of this -- even professes love -- for revenge?

I mean, the guy had collared her by now!! She really freaking believes this??

Beyond that, the couple of things that were sort of "off" was the mention of the receptionist in his office having a crush on him And then Jane had a horrid childhood Now I've never cut myself, but it seems that someone has some deep-seated issues if they're cutting themselves.

It just felt like that part of the story wasn't given the respect it should have received. I almost felt like it was sort of pooh-poohed. I guess it wasn't, but I don't know. I'm not sure how to describe it.
